Can I return the car in another country?
No. You pick up and return the car in the same country; one-way rentals between countries are not offered.
What driver age and driving licence do I need?
Minimum driver age, how long you must have held your licence and the required documents depend on the rental company; each offer shows its conditions before you book. You need a passport, a driving licence and a credit card in the driver's name. Some countries and rental companies may ask for an International Driving Permit (IDP); check the company's conditions and the country's rules before you travel.
What does the price include, and what about insurance?
Insurance cover and excess, mileage limit and fuel policy depend on the rental company and the car; each offer shows them before you book. The total rental price and the deposit are shown before payment; anything payable at the desk is shown separately.
How do I pay, and are my card details stored?
Payment is made on the bank's secure 3D Secure page. Your card details are not stored by WRS Car.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
The supplier provides the vehicle. Cancellation, change and refund conditions follow the supplier's rules. Each car's cancellation conditions are shown before you book.
