By searching for car rentals and creating bookings through the WRS Car website and mobile application (the "service"), you accept the following terms.

The service is provided by WRS Turkey Turizm A.Ş. — Caddebostan, Bağdat Caddesi No:264/18, Kadıköy / İstanbul · Göztepe Tax Office (V.D.) 8151178477 · MERSİS 0815117847700001.

1. Scope of the service

WRS Car brings together the availability and price information of different car rental suppliers and enables you to make a booking and initiate payment for the vehicle you select. Prices, deposit and mileage limit are set by the supplier and displayed live.

2. Booking and payment

• A booking becomes valid once the payment is confirmed, and its confirmation is sent by email.
• Payment is made on the secure (3D Secure) page of the relevant bank; your card details are not stored by the service.
• Cancellation, modification and refund conditions are subject to the rules of the relevant supplier and are stated in the vehicle details.
• Before the payment step, the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract, filled in with your booking details, are shown and your acceptance is requested; these documents are also sent with the confirmation email. There is no right of withdrawal for car rental services performed on specific dates (Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15(1)(g)).

3. User obligations

• The driver, contact and driving licence information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
• You must have with you the documents required by the supplier for picking up the vehicle (driving licence, identity card/passport and, where required, a credit card).
• Minimum driver age and licence-holding period requirements apply on a per-vehicle basis.

4. Liability

The vehicle is delivered by the supplier, and the rental agreement is concluded between the supplier and the user. WRS Car is not directly liable for supplier-related services, vehicle condition or additional charges; it acts in an intermediary and information-providing role.

5. Intellectual property

All rights to the WRS Car brand, logo and content are reserved; they may not be used without permission.

6. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated from time to time. Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
