This is a general sample; the version filled in with your booking details is shown before the payment step and sent with the confirmation e-mail. For bookings where the rental service is provided by a partner rental company, WRS Car acts as intermediary service provider; the rental company's name is stated in the offer and in these documents, and the online payment is taken through our payment partner's 3D Secure infrastructure.

Article 1.2 – Consumer (Buyer)

The full name, e-mail and phone number stated in the booking form.

Article 2 – Subject of the contract

The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the car rental service, with the features and price set out below, that the Buyer booked electronically via the WRS Car website or mobile application.

Article 4 – Price and payment

Prices are stated in the currency shown and include taxes.

The deposit is not part of the payment; it is blocked (pre-authorised) on the driver's card by the rental company at pick-up and released according to the rental conditions.

The amount payable at the office covers items paid to the rental company, such as any one-way fee, and the extras you selected; it is paid to the rental company at pick-up.

For bookings where WRS Car is the service provider: Payment is taken by credit or debit card on the bank's 3D Secure payment page. Your card details are not stored by WRS Car.

For bookings where a partner rental company provides the rental service: The online amount is charged by credit or debit card through our payment partner's 3D Secure infrastructure. Your card details are transmitted to the payment partner over a secure (HTTPS) connection and are not stored by WRS Car. The payment partner's name may appear on your card statement.

Traffic fines, bridge and motorway tolls, fuel differences, damage not covered by insurance and other charges stated in the rental conditions that arise during the rental may be charged separately according to the rental company's conditions.

Article 5 – Performance and pick-up

The booking becomes final once the payment is approved; the confirmation is sent by e-mail.

The vehicle is handed over at the stated office on the stated date and time and must be returned to the stated return place at the stated return time.

Documents required at pick-up: a valid driving licence, an ID card or passport and, where the rental conditions require it, a credit card in the driver's name.

If documents are missing or the age and licence requirements are not met, the rental company may refuse to hand over the vehicle. A separate rental agreement or handover document may need to be signed at the office.

Article 6 – Rights and obligations of the parties

The Buyer confirms that the driver and contact details given in the booking are accurate and up to date.
The Buyer must present the required documents at pick-up and comply with the rental company's rental conditions.
The Seller must create the booking on the stated conditions, send its confirmation by e-mail and respond to requests about the booking.

Article 7 – Cancellation, changes and refunds

Cancellation, change and refund conditions are subject to the supplier's rental conditions.

Refunds are made to the card used for payment; the time it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(g) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for car rental services that must be performed on a specific date or during a specific period. As this booking is a car rental service to be performed on specific dates, the consumer has no right of withdrawal. Cancellation and change requests are subject to the cancellation conditions above.

Article 9 – Complaints and dispute resolution

In disputes, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts for disputes above those limits.

This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Article 10 – Protection of personal data

Your personal data is processed under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) as explained in the Privacy Notice (https://wrscar.com/privacy).

Article 11 – Entry into force

Contract date: Date of payment approval

The Buyer confirms having read and accepted the Pre-Information Form and this contract electronically.

The contract is concluded and enters into force on the date the payment is approved. It is stored by the Seller and sent to the Buyer's e-mail address.

This contract is drawn up in Turkish; texts in other languages are translations for information and the Turkish text prevails in case of dispute.
